Cancellation
Cancellation of your registration for the 2020 Annual RQUG Users Conference may be made at any time. Refund of conference registration fee, less a $25 processing fee, will be given for cancellations made 30 days or more before the date of the Conference. Conference registration refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the Conference date.

*If substantial reasons exist that force cancellation, an appeal may be made to the RQUG Executive Committee for refund consideration. "Substantial" in this case shall be defined as an unexpected, personal, life-changing event. The RQUG Executive Committee is under no obligation to make any refunds.
