This year's User's Conference will be held February 15 - 18, 2009 at the Marriott Legacy Town Center in Plano, TX!  This is an event that you do not want to miss! 

General Conference Information The Annual RQUG Users Conference is the single best opportunity available for you to network with other users, learn how to maximize productivity with your RamQuest Software Solution and gain new ideas and insight for your business! 

The focus of this year's conference will be differentiating your business and how setting your business apart from others in your market can help you compete and, therefore, grow your business. Many of the sessions this year will focus on elements of the RamQuest Software Suite that give you this uniqueness.  In addition, you will find many sessions and roundtable discussions where we will discuss specific ideas for marketing this uniqueness in your respective markets. In addition, we have added some dedicated time at the conference to discuss the recent RESPA rule change!

As a user of the RamQuest solution, our annual conference is your single best opportunity of the year to gain a wealth of valuable information at one time, in one place, in 3 information filled days.

This year for your convenience, we have grouped our sessions together by Tracks.  If you are wondering what session to attend, you can refer to the "track" most appropriate for you as a guide.  But these are just recommendations.  Attendees are encouraged to attend any session of interest.  For Track details, click here.

Conference Hotel Information

   limited seating and is $50 per person.  Be sure to indicate that you want to attend this wine tasting on
your conference registration form!

just steps away from the Marriott) for some after hours fun as we wrap up Day 2 of the 2009
   RQUG Conference!

Cancellation  Cancellation of registration for the 2009 RQUG Users Conference may be made at any time.  Full refund of conference registration fee will be made if cancellation is presented in writing to RQUG 30 days or more before the date of the Conference.  Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the Conference date*. 

*If substantial reasons exist that force cancellation, an appeal may be made to the RQUG Board for refund consideration. "Substantial" in this case shall be defined as an expected personal, life changing event.  The RQUG Board is under no obligation to make any refunds.
