Following is an overview of the conference program and session descriptions for the 2020 Annual Users Conference. Please note, we have included some designations at the end of some of our session descriptions that are designed to assist you in selecting the appropriate session. The designations will help you determine if the session is specific to RamQuest One or Complete Closing users, or if it is more general in nature and suitable for any attendee.

Join us for a look at advancements in the industry regarding e-Closings and e-Notarization and RON (Remote Online Notarization). We’ll discuss ways to prepare if you have not yet incorporated e-functions into your operation, best practices when using them, and what's on the horizon for these services. (General)

Everything You’ve Always Wanted to Know about Commitments and Policies
Join us as we walk through the process for completing commitments and policies within CCE. In this session, we'll look at all the bells and whistles as well as navigate the various tabs and icons, discuss how to use templates to create efficiency, review how to create or modify Standard Language, use of hyperlinks, color coding and much more. Closing Market: Help Shape the Road Ahead
Join us for this interactive session to help shape the Closing Market roadmap. Tell us about your wish list, get a glimpse of what's in development, and help prioritize which integrations we focus on next for Closing Market. This class is a follow up to the RamQuest One Reports Overview session. Now that you understand our report offerings, join us for this session where we will show you how to get the most of those reports. Learn the ins and outs of taking an existing report and modifying it to add additional data and meet your specific business needs. (RQ One)

Dashboard…A Day in the Life
Join us for this session where we’ll introduce you to the ins and outs of your CCE Dashboard. What are the benefits of using Dashboard? How can you get started if you haven’t yet put this to work in your office? Learn the setup behind tracking task assignments, due dates and dependencies and how your users can customize this tool to help them manage workflow and timelines so that it is relevant to what they do each day. Wire Fraud
Business Email Compromise (BEC) is a sophisticated fraud scheme targeting businesses working with the other parties that regularly perform wire transfer payments. The scam is carried out by compromising legitimate business or personal email accounts through social engineering, malware, or computer intrusion techniques. Once compromised, criminal actors will surveil email communications, create spoofed email accounts to emulate a real estate agent or title officer and introduce alternative wire instructions telling the victim to wire funds to a fraudulent account. Join us for this insightful discussion on this fraud scheme and learn how to recognize it and protect your company and customers from being a victim. (General)

Support Frequently Asked Questions
While there are always isolated incidents when it comes to troubleshooting and support needs, many issues are more common and encountered by multiple users. In this session, we will look at resolutions to the most common questions and topics frequently posed to RamQuest's support team. (General)

This intermediate level course is designed for people who already have experience creating CCE documents but want to take their documents to the next level. We will introduce concepts such as complex dropdowns, nested "if" statements, common header/footer problems, insert docs, etc.(CCE)

How do you develop a training program to on-board new employees and to keep current employees in the know? Our panel of experienced trainers will discuss the various methods, technologies, and underwriter resources that can make this task easier. Documents Workshop
In this session, you will have an opportunity to work hands-on with highly experienced CCE document creators to assist with coding or formatting issues you may be having. Seating will be limited to allow for individual attention to your documents. Please bring your laptop or a printed version of your document. You are also encouraged to submit your document ahead of time to our presenters so they can review it and have a solution in place. (CCE)

The Science Behind Servers
