Our Conference Exhibitor & Sponsorship Program gives vendors the opportunity to target a large group of RamQuest’s customers and maximize your company’s presence at the 2023 Annual RamQuest User Group Conference. Opening Reception Sponsorship SOLD

Tuesday Evening After Hours Sponsorship - $3500

Round Table Sponsorship SOLD

Signage Sponsorship - $3000 
Your logo will be prominently displayed on all room and directional signage as well as all general session slides. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Attendee Welcome Bags Sponsorship SOLD
Your logo will be displayed on the Welcome Bags that will be distributed to all attendees upon check in. Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide collateral or a branded item to be included in the bags. Box Lunch Sponsorship - $2500 SOLD

Tuesday Breakfast Sponsorship - $2000 SOLD

Conference Wi-Fi Sponsorship - $2000

Afternoon Break Sponsorship - $1500 (2 Available) SOLD

Cancellation

Exhibitors are entitled to a 100% refund less $100 processing fee if exhibitor cancellation is presented in writing to Erin McAnally on or before January 13, 2023. No refunds will be given for exhibitor cancellations made after January 13, 2023. Sponsorship opportunities are non-refundable.
