Following is an overview of the conference program and session descriptions for the 2017 Annual Users Conference. If a particular session is specific to Complete Closing (CCE) or RamQuest One, we have included that information at the end of the session description. If you do not see a specific product designated, users of both are encouraged to attend. Additionally, we have included some designations at the end of each session description that are designed to assist you in selecting the appropriate session. The designations are as follows:

Foundation: These classes will be "nuts and bolts" classes and are suitable for new users of the software or more experienced users who may be new to using certain areas of CCE or RamQuest One.

General: These classes are suitable for all attendees.

Experienced: These classes are designed for users who are ready to move beyond basics. Classes may be job-specific or more technical in nature.

Closing Insight: Daily Application
Since the implementation of TRID, Closing Insight has been a necessity when working with many lenders. If you still feel like you're not sure exactly what you're doing, you're not alone. Let us help you understand what the common workflow codes mean, how to use duplicate order checking, and all the basics you need to integrate Closing Insight into your day-to-day work. (General)

The Ins and Outs of Dashboard
What are the benefits of utilizing RamQuest’s Dashboard? How can you get started if you haven’t yet put this feature of CCE to work in your office? How can this key tool for managing workflow and timelines become even more critical in the CFPB world? Whether you’re curious about the basic workings and benefits of Dashboard, or have user adoption struggles or questions, bring them to this interactive session and maximize your operation’s use of this powerful business tool. Don't Be a Victim: Fraud and Prevention Tips
If it seems like you're hearing more and more stories about title companies being targeted by cyber criminals, it's because you are. We will share some real-life examples and common scenarios that have impacted title companies, as well as discuss ways to reduce risk and offer practical tips to avoid cyber-crime losses while staying compliant with industry and audit standards. Data Breach and Disaster Recovery: How to Plan for the Worst-Case Scenario and Be Prepared if it Happens
Data breaches are on the rise. Fraudsters have identified the title and settlement industry as "NPI and Mortgage Disbursement Fund-rich" targets. Federal, state and title insurance industry regulators are raising their compliance bar and lenders are under increasing pressure to evidence that their vendors (service providers) are capable of compliance. Lenders are no longer satisfied with assurances, but more and more are requiring independent validation of compliance. It's imperative that you do everything you can to: (1) avoid a business-threatening breach; (2) be prepared if one occurs; and (3) have systems and policies in place to deal with a disaster. Documents 101  
Learn the basic skills needed to create a document in CCE to fit your operation’s needs.  Specific topics that will be covered include Document “Clauses,” Merge Fields, Stored Procedures, Prompts, If/Then Statements, Document Security, Document Categories and Document Packages. Due to time constraints, this session will not address initial configuration for items such as the Word Docs folder or settings within Word. A guide detailing these topics will be available to be downloaded from the conference app.

TRID Troubleshooting
Join RamQuest's resident regulatory guru, Mary Schuster, for a look at the state of TRID in our industry today. Where are we in the process of the reopening of the rule and what does that mean for your company? What trends are we seeing as a result of the TRID implementation? Anatomy of a Successful Title Agency                                                 
If everything in our industry has changed, shouldn't our sales model? Dramatic change has come to the title industry and more transformations are on the way. What does the agent who makes it through this period of change have to do to be more successful in the future? Our panel of experts will explore and diagram the components on a title agency that is making it work -- and making money -- in the future. Do you currently only have PaperlessCloser set up as a "pass through" for Closing Market? Or not set up at all because you can't figure out why or how? We'll use this time to look at the ways PaperlessCloser can benefit your organization, streamline processes, and aid in interaction with clients.
