Our User Conference Exhibitor & Sponsorship Program gives vendors the opportunity to target a large group of RamQuest's customers and maximize your company's presence at the 2016 Annual RamQuest User Group Conference.  Customize your presence at our conference with exhibit, sponsorship or advertising opportunities designed to help your company gain exposure with RamQuest customers.

Each exhibitor registration includes a standard draped table; company name and description in on-site program; participation in on-site Grand Prize traffic event and two exhibitor registrations.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Event sponsors are encouraged to attend your sponsored event but will need to register as an exhibitor if you wish to attend the rest of the conference. 

Continental Breakfast Sponsorship

Your company logo will be displayed on signage at the event and in the conference program as the event sponsor. You will be recognized as a sponsor for the event and your company will receive space in the on-site program for a product/service description.

Lunch Sponsorship
2 Available - $1500
Your company logo will be displayed on signage at the event and in the conference program as the event sponsor. You will be recognized as a sponsor for the event and your company will receive space in the on-site program for a product/service description.

Round Table Discussion Sponsorship

Your company logo will be displayed on candy at all round tables during the time slot and in the conference program as the event sponsor. You will be recognized as a sponsor for the event and your company will receive space in the on-site program for a product/service description.

Ads must be submitted in a .pdf or .eps format, 300 dpi at 100% of the size noted. Ads should be black and white, no color is available.

Cancellation:

Exhibitors are entitled to a 100% refund less $25 processing fee will be made if exhibitor cancellation is presented in writing to Erin McAnally 45 days or more before the date of the Conference.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 45 days of the Conference. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
