Following is an overview of the conference program and session descriptions for the 2018 Annual Users Conference. If a particular session is specific to Complete Closing (CCE) or RamQuest One, we have included that information as part of the session title/description. If you do not see a specific product designated, users of both are encouraged to attend. Additionally, we have included some designations at the end of some of our session descriptions that are designed to assist you in selecting the appropriate session. The designations will help you determine if the session is specific to RamQuest One or Complete Closing users or if it is more general in nature and suitable for any attendee.

In the Trenches: Processing Commercial
Do you find it challenging when handling a commercial transaction in Complete Closing? Join us for this session to find out the tips and tricks behind commercial transactions in CCE. We will cover topics like: using a commitment and policy differently, proforma policies, complicated premium codes and ways to remit them, dated down endorsements and how to remit those, and more!  (CCE)

Teach Me: CCE Documents
Join us for this session where you will learn the basic skills needed to create a document in CCE to fit your operation’s needs. Specific topics that will be covered include Document “Clauses,” Merge Fields, Stored Procedures, Prompts, If/Then Statements, Document Security, Document Categories and Document Packages. CSC® provides a web-based document recording (eRecording) solution that allows document submitters, including title companies, banks, and law firms, to electronically record real estate documents with county offices throughout the U.S. The CSC system bridges the gap between submitters and county offices, and enables easier document creation on the submitter side and faster recordation, indexing, and acknowledgment on the recorder side. RamQuest users can submit documents directly to county recording office’s through the CSC eRecording integration from RamQuest’s Closing Market.
