Following is an overview of the conference program and session descriptions for the 2016 Annual Users Conference. If a particular session is specific to Complete Closing (CCE) or RamQuest One, we have included that information at the end of the session description. If you do not see a specific product designated, users of both are encouraged to attend. Additionally, we have included some designations at the end of each session description that are designed to assist you in selecting the appropriate session. The designations are as follows:

Foundation: These classes will be "nuts and bolts" classes and are suitable for new users of the software or more experienced users who may be new to using certain areas of CCE or RamQuest One.

General: These classes are suitable for all attendees.

Experienced: These classes are designed for users who are ready to move beyond basics. Classes may be job-specific or more technical in nature.

Keynote Address: Drawing from 37 years of military experience, Gen. Russel L. Honoré (Ret.) brings his bold, no-nonsense leadership approach to businesses and organizations to help them better identify and prepare for the challenges of the future. Gen. Honoré saved the city of New Orleans, taking charge of military relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Bring your laptop for this hands-on session and learn the basic skills needed to create a document in CCE to fit your operation’s needs.  Specific topics that will be covered include Document “Clauses”, Merge Fields, Stored Procedures, Prompts, If/Then Statements, Document Security, Document Categories and Document Packages.  If you already have document writing experience and have specific questions, please consider the Advanced Documents session instead of this one as this is designed for beginners.   Please note, you will need to be able to bring your laptop and connect remotely to your own system for this session. RamQuest's CDF in RamQuest One
This session will offer a complete overview of the new CDF in RamQuest One. We will highlight key features and functionality, including the ALTA Settlement Statement and how the CDF interacts with check writing, and provide a basic step-by-step overview of how to properly complete the form.  We will also go over any related setup items to ensure that you have a complete understanding of the form when you leave this session. Information Security Compliance: From Awareness Implementation to Completion
Recognized industry experts and ALTA Elite Providers will provide valuable insights into the need for Information & Escrow Fund Security Compliance, the critical controls that agents need to implement to achieve ALTA Best Practice Pillar 2 & 3 compliance and help you understand how to prepare for a Pillar 2 and 3 security assessment that can lead to Certification. During this session we will look at the ins and outs of setting up duplicate order matching, routing rules, a new branch/user, obtaining a new PID, testing, and Common Workflow.  We will also include troubleshooting and Best Practice tips to help your operation maximize the opportunities presented by Closing Insight. Rynoh Settlement...Protect and Follow the Money  
Join us to see how this module that will allow RynohLive to warrantee the disbursement of settlement funds by establishing tight controls around validation of transaction and disbursement of funds to the intended recipients in accordance with the approved settlement statement. During this session we will show you how RynohSettlement validates and controls the issuance of CPLs, and ties them to a settlement file in RynohLive® so that Settlement funds can be monitored and “controlled” so that the disbursement can only be made to the intended recipients.  (General)

Reports: The Basics                                                                                        
Join us for this hands-on class where you will review the existing reports in the system and learn how to create your own basic reports within CC Reports. We will discuss what information to include, how to pull in the data that you need and how to add custom branding elements. (Foundation- CCE)
