This year's conference will feature General Russel L. Honoré (Ret.) delivering our keynote address. Drawing from 37 years of military experience, Gen. Honoré brings his bold, no-nonsense leadership approach to businesses and organizations to help them better identify and prepare for the challenges of the future. Gen. Honoré saved the city of New Orleans, taking charge of military relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. In his keynote address, he will emphasize the importance of innovation, risk assessment and social entrepreneurship, and provide valuable insight and strategies to solve a broad array of issues. He will also reveal leadership tactics that optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operations and outline the importance of developing the next generation of problem-solvers. With meticulous perspective and quotable delivery, Gen. Honoré will provide you with bold strategies and insight on preparedness, the “New Normal,” and how the world has changed in the 10 years since Hurricane Katrina.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration for the 2016 Annual RQUG Users Conference may be made at any time. Refund of conference registration fee less a $20 processing fee will be made if cancellation is presented in writing to RQUG 30 days or more before the date of the Conference. Conference registration refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the Conference date*. 

*If substantial reasons exist that force cancellation, an appeal may be made to the RQUG Executive Board for refund consideration. "Substantial" in this case shall be defined as an unexpected personal, life changing event. The RQUG Executive Board is under no obligation to make any refunds.
