Our Conference Exhibitor & Sponsorship Program gives vendors the opportunity to target a large group of RamQuest’s customers and maximize your company’s presence at the 2020 Annual RamQuest User Group Conference. Sponsorship Opportunities

Tuesday After Hours Event Sponsorship - SOLD!
Your logo will be prominently displayed during our after hours event as follows: parade banner and umbrellas (we will host a second line brass band parade to move guests from the hotel to the event), four stair treads (leading up to party space), wall mirror and TV monitors during the event. This sponsorship also includes one complementary event ticket and your company will receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.
**Please note, this is an optional event. It is a well attended every year, but participation is not 100% of the conference attendee count.**

Opening Reception Sponsorship - SOLD!
Your logo will be displayed on signage at the event and in the on-site program as our event sponsor. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Signage Sponsorship - $3,000
Your logo will be prominently displayed on all room and directional signage. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.
**For an additional $500, your logo will also appear on all general session slides.**

Name Tag Sponsorship - SOLD!
Your logo will be printed on name badges and lanyards. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Box Lunch Sponsorship - $1,800
Your logo will appear on all box lunches during the Tuesday lunch and signage at the event as well as in the on-site program as the event sponsor. Your company will have the opportunity to provide collateral or a branded item to be included in the box lunches. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Charging Station Sponsorship - SOLD!
Your company will be recognized with charging station signage that will be prominently located in main foyer area near registration desk. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Conference Wi-Fi Sponsorship - SOLD!
Your company will be recognized in the on-site program, smart phone app and on-site as our exclusive internet sponsor. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Break Sponsorship - 1 Available - $1,200
Your logo will be displayed on signage at the event and in the on-site program as the event sponsor. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

General Session Pen/Pad Sponsorship - SOLD!
Your logo will be displayed on an economy pen and gummed 25 page pad that will be set at all attendee seats before our opening general session on Monday. Your company will also receive space in the on-site program and smart phone app for your product/service description.

Exhibitors are entitled to a 100% refund less $25 processing fee if exhibitor cancellation is presented in writing to Erin McAnally on or before January 17, 2020. No refunds will be given for exhibitor cancellations made after January 17, 2020. Sponsorship opportunities are non-refundable.
