Demonstration Opportunities: FULL - no more slots available!
This year we have added vendor demonstration sessions to our schedule! These 45-minute time slots will be held on Monday, March 6th, from 3:15 - 4:00 pm, during our round table discussions, and are available exclusively to 2017 exhibitors! 

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Event sponsors are encouraged to attend your sponsored event but will need to register as an exhibitor if you wish to attend the rest of the conference.

Ads must be submitted in a .pdf or .eps format, 300 dpi at 100% of the size noted. Ads should be black and white, no color is available. Registration Packet Insert:
Promote your product or service to attendees with an insert into our registration packets that are distributed to each attendee upon conference check-in. Postcards, flyer, brochures are all acceptable but insert must be flat and cannot exceed 8.5x11 in size. All materials must be received by RamQuest no later than February 15, 2017.

Single Insert - $250 (vendor to provide final, printed piece)

Cancellation:
Exhibitors are entitled to a 100% refund less $25 processing fee will be made if exhibitor cancellation is presented in writing to Erin McAnally on or before February 1, 2017.  No refunds will be given for exhibitor cancellations made after February 1, 2017. Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are non-refundable.
