Our Conference Exhibitor & Sponsorship Program gives vendors the opportunity to target a large group of RamQuest’s customers and maximize your company’s presence at the 2025 Annual RamQuest User Group Conference. Sponsorship Opportunities
Our sponsorships are a great way to get additional exposure for your company with our conference attendees and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each event sponsorship includes one conference registration and space in the on-site program and conference app for your product/service description. Additional sponsorship details are below. Opening Reception Sponsorship - $4000SOLD
Your company will be prominently recognized on signage at the event, in the on-site program and in the conference app as our event sponsor.
Room Key Sponsorship - $3500SOLD
Your brand message will be displayed on hotel room keys. Your company is responsible for providing the creative in accordance with the room key specs.Pop a Top Table Talks Sponsorship - $3000
Your company will be prominently recognized at our Round Table discussion, in the on-site program and conference app as our event sponsor.

Your full-color, branded message (approx. 40"x115") will be displayed on two panels on opposite sides of two prominent columns located in a central, high traffic area during our event.Signage Sponsorship - $3000
Your logo will be prominently displayed on all on-site room and directional signage, as well as all general session slides.

Your logo will be displayed on the Welcome Bags that will be distributed to all attendees upon check in. Sponsor will have the option to provide collateral or branded item to be included in the bags.

Your logo will appear on all box lunches and signage at the event and you will be listed in the on-site program and conference app as the event sponsor. Each table includes a standard, draped 6' table, two chairs, company name and description in on-site program and conference app; inclusion in on-site Grand Prize traffic event and two exhibitor registrations. Elite, Premium and Standard booth locations are priced based on location as identified on our exhibit hall diagram and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation
Exhibitors are entitled to a 100% refund less $100 processing fee if exhibitor cancellation is presented in writing to Emily Pribanic at epribanic@ramquest.com on or before January 10, 2025. No refunds will be given for exhibitor cancellations made after January 10, 2025. Because of the custom production involved, sponsorship opportunities are non-refundable.
